Welcome Day/Curriculum Afternoon Please join us on our annual Welcome Day to launch the start of school! This year we will include more opportunities to highlight curricula as we will combine Welcome Day with Curriculum Night. At 1:30 p.m., 4th-8th grade students (and families!) will join their Advisors in their advisory spaces. For those in B School - 3rd grade, students will join ASP Staff on the playground, while families head to advisory spaces. This is an important opportunity to hear about the curriculum, meet teachers, and get oriented to the school year. We hope everyone will be able to join us!

First Day of School! An important ritual that launches each school day at Princeton Friends is the morning greeting in the parking lot. It is here that attendance is taken between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m., and it is critical for safety and security reasons that we have an accurate record of who arrives each morning. Anyone arriving after 8:00 a.m. will be marked as late and must sign in at the front desk in the Schoolhouse lobby. Families picking up at the end of the school day should go directly to their children’s advisory spaces and wait in the hallway for their children to be dismissed. Some notes on Dismissal…On Mondays through Thursdays, Beginning School students should be picked up at 3:15 p.m. At 3:25 p.m., all remaining Beginning School students will be handed over to a member of the After-School Program staff. On Mondays through Thursdays, 1st-8th grade students should be picked up at 3:30 p.m. At 3:40, all remaining 1st-8th grade students will be handed over to a member of the After-School Program staff. On Fridays, all students should be picked up at 12:30 p.m. At 12:40 p.m., all remaining students will be handed over to a member of the After-School Program staff.
