Tuition

Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year is as follows:

  • Pre-K and kindergarten: $31,390
  • 1st-3rd grades: $33,630
  • 4th-5th grades: $34,950
  • 6th-8th grades: $35,720

Tuition at Princeton Friends School covers all books, instructional materials, technology equipment and services, and most activities and field trips.

Affording Princeton Friends School

Princeton Friends School offers tuition assistance to enable accepted students to enroll regardless of their families’ ability to pay the full cost of tuition. While the admissions process strives to create a student body that is ethnically, socially, and academically diverse, the financial assistance program allows an economically diverse population to attend the school.

Financing the tuition for a Princeton Friends School education is not always easy, but it is possible. Princeton Friends School's Financial Aid Committee partners with FACTS Grant & Aid (FACTS GA) in our tuition assistance process. The Financial Aid Committee bases its determination of financial need on the information provided by families and an analysis provided by FACTS GA.

To begin your application for tuition assistance, you will complete the FACTS GA application. By submitting the application, you’re granting FACTS GA permission to analyze your financial information. Using their unique methodology, they estimate the amount you can contribute to school expenses.

Step 1: Apply to Princeton Friends School

Completing our online application is the first step towards deciding if Princeton Friends is the right match for your child and family. Apply here - there is a modest application fee. Check the box on the application indicating you would like to apply for tuition assistance. We base our determination of financial need on the information provided by families and an analysis provided by FACTS FA. Awards are subsequent to your child's acceptance and enrollment.

Step 3: Complete the Grant & Aid Online Financial Aid Application

1. Go to the FACTS FA Website:

2. Login to the application Online.
Create your FACTS Account with your email address and a password.

3. Complete an application for Academic Year 2023-2024.
You can log out of the portal at any time and return later to finish it.

4. Pay For and Submit Your Application.
Once all application sections are complete, you can submit the application. Follow the prompts to the payment screen. The application fee is nonrefundable. Once your application is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn from the FACTS FA system. It’s one form, one fee, for any number of applicant children, for any number of schools.

5. Submit Additional Required Documents.
After you pay for and submit your application, you have access to the Family Portal’s “My Documents” tab to upload required documents as part of your application process. Be sure to submit the required documents by the deadlines to complete your application. We will communicate our financial aid decision to you directly. To make our decision, we use the information from FACTS FA as a starting point, and we also consider our school policies, practices, and available budget.
