From Preschool through 8th grade, students participate in a variety of projects that inspire stewardship and social action, and these projects can change from year to year, driven by local needs, our Central Study Theme, and the curiosities of our students.

You might find the whole school coming together on Earth Day to clean up the Stony Brook stream, helping to care for our local environment, or students tending the Institute Woods trails, fostering a lasting connection to nature. Our youngest learners may organize a food or toy drive or we may donates excess produce from our garden to a local food pantry or soup kitchen. Each year, 8th graders lead the Walk for the World walk-a-thon, raising funds for nonprofit organizatios chosen for their alignment with our values.

Through these kinds of experiences and more, Princeton Friends students grow into compassionate leaders who understand their power to make a positive difference in their community and beyond.
