Having navigated her own sleepless nights and the unique sleep challenges of parenthood, she personally understands the strain poor sleep puts on a household and the transformation that true, restorative sleep can bring. Driven by this personal journey, Maribeth founded the Center for Restorative Behavior, LLC. As a Board Certified & Licensed Behavior Analyst and former special education teacher with over 25 years of experience, she combines deep clinical insight with genuine empathy to help individuals and families achieve meaningful and lasting sleep goals. |
