Princeton Friends provides after-school care for students from 3:40 until 6:00 pm on Monday through Friday. In addition, the After-School Program staff offers care for students on half-day Fridays (and other early dismissal days) between 12:40 and 3:40 pm. The goal of our After-School Program is to provide a comfortable setting in which students relax, play outdoors, and be with friends. The design of the program aims to engage students in a safe and entertaining environment, offering them a consistent adult presence and a range of activities from which to choose. In addition, the After-School Program offers a Homework Program. During school-year vacations, our After School Program turns into Holiday Camp, with whole-day programs. For students who are interested, we also have after-school strings lessons, orchestra, soccer clinics, and cross country (different fees apply).

No pre-registration is required for the After-School Program as all students not picked up by 3:40 are automatically enrolled for the afternoon. Day rates for ASP are $30 per session. Students who are picked up within 30 minutes of the end of an after-school activity (such as cross-country or orchestra) are charged a fee of $10. After 30 minutes, they are billed at the regular ASP rate of $30. Pre-registration is required to attend Holiday Camp. The rate for Holiday Camp is $100 per day.
Further details about After-School Program and Holiday Camp rates can be found in the Family Handbook.
