Princeton Friends School is a non–profit organization governed by a
Board of Trustees that is composed of members of the Religious Society of Friends,
attenders of the Princeton Monthly Meeting, parents of students in the school, and
members of the broader Princeton community. The school operates under the spiritual
care of the Princeton Monthly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends. A larger
parent organization, the Philadelphia Yearly Meeting, also oversees and supports the
operation of the school. Princeton Friends School is a member of the Friends Council
on Education, the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools, and the Association
of Delaware Valley Independent Schools.
