Thank you for your interest in Princeton Friends School. It is important to all of us at Princeton Friends that we gather a group of families who will be served well by the programs we offer and who will contribute to the community we are continually creating. Our school is most suitable for children who are comfortable in a small setting, who will respond to a program that emphasizes both independent and collaborative learning, and whose parents understand and support the philosophy and methods of the school. We ask that you include as much information as possible on your application form so that we can accurately determine whether Princeton Friends School will provide a positive learning experience for your child.

Applications received before January 30th will be processed for our first round of acceptances in March. We cannot guarantee that applications received after January 30th will be processed by March, but we will do our best. Any applications that are not processed will be kept on file and processed as time permits and as openings develop.

Tuition for the 2010-2011 school year is $20,750.

If you are interested in filing an application, please follow the steps outlined below.

1. Download and Print Application Form
2. Fill out the application form and return it as soon as possible with an application fee of $50.00. Inclusion of a recent picture of the applicant is helpful, but not required.
3. Give the personal reference form, along with an envelope addressed to Princeton Friends School, to a friend outside your family who knows your child well. Ask this person to return the form to us as soon as possible.
4. Give the teacher reference form to your child's present or most recent teacher, along with a stamped envelope addressed to Princeton Friends School.
5. Give the transcript request form to your child's present school so that we may receive a copy of your child's records (1st - 8th grade only).
6. If you intend to apply for tuition assistance, please check the appropriate box on the application form. Upon receipt, we will send you additional instructions and forms for filing with the School and Student Service for Financial Aid.

When we receive the above forms, we will call to schedule a time for interviews with you and your child. If you have any questions about the admissions process, please feel free to call.
